The package came fast, in a polybag with bubble wrap, but still the box suffered an impact that stoked the box, but incredibly did not tear the plasticBy luck or God, the impact was on the back of the box and did not break the equipment. Despite this I am very happy with the new equipment, just need to read the manual to start using all the features.

I bought this gimbal for several reasons.
In addition to the various settings, my interest is that the wireless lapel microphone can be used without bumping into the holder without problem.
So I'm very pleased.
My Smoot 4 has this problem with the microphone input.
This though super minor is my need.
I already have one of the same brand for about 4 years and it's perfect so I trust the brand.

It was not what I expected, it does what it promises, but it has certain difficulties and is about to improve. I say buy it to make a comparison, with another similar product of competition and this item has not given the results I expected, I am making a return, but I don't have time for pickup. I am a user of zhiyun products and I have recommended them for 3 years to all my audiovisual co-workers and artists with whom I work. But it needed something efficient for people without audiovisual knowledge and this product is not the right one. And what should you have the basic notions to give it a good utility. Time requirements, since the automatic response is not fast.
I hope the website is kind, before this recommendation.
