The lower camera does not track movements when it detects moving objects and people.
PTZ works in reverse, to move the lower camera to the right, you must move the joystick to the left. The same happens up and down.
I also can't install the software for the computer (windows).
As for image quality, it is good both day and night.
The camera has a good image quality as I have already mentioned before, it has the 3 meter cable, it is waterproof and constant sunshine. For a camera that I paid 19 € (19.86 $) is very good.
Not to mention the zoom, the image is totally distorted,... I do not recommend it ..
