1. Aircraft fails to connect with transmitter:
   • Fully charge the battery, and power on both the drone and transmitter within 2 seconds to pair them.
2. One or more motors don’t work:
   • Ensure the drone is placed on a flat surface when binding. Check if any motor is damaged.
3. Missing accessories:
   • Check the gift box packaging inside and outside carefully. If any items are missing, contact customer service.
4. Drone out of balance (spinning or deviation):
   • Verify that the propellers are installed correctly. Ensure they are properly balanced.
5. Battery or charging cable overheating during charging:
   • Always use the USB charger with a DC computer USB port, not an AC circuit. Never over-charge the battery.
