Arrived in excellent condition, very well packed, it is what I expected, 10 10 material, they are reliable and guide in the process, my gimbal for technical reasons the app did not appear that it had arrived, but the hohem company was always on the lookout, I have used it on several occasions and it really is an excellent team, it has its accessories, and even very well factory.

I had seen several videos and they entrusted them a lot, the app is very easy to use.
The truth is that it is a good investment and it is worth it.

Arrived in great condition to Central America, quality wise it doesn't feel plastic or cheap it actually has a very premium feel, the storage bag is great and will protect the gimbal since it's hard outside an soft on the inside. Software wise is really good, was really easy to connect to Android and iOS but is was a bit faster connecting to iOS. Still has some testing to do but overall I really liked the product it was worth every penny. I fully recommend the product and the website.

The parcel arrived in good condition, it takes about a month to arrive only 5 days from the date set in delivery, If you are from Mexico, the package after entering the territory will be delivered by emails from Mexico so to follow the progress of the logistics you have to download the app Mail from Mexico and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status and they will notify you when you have it delivered to you or you have to go through it. The only thing that is not satisfied with is that I overlook not choosing the complete kit well and I chose the version without the sensor with IA so now I will have to buy it separately. The quality of the product is good and recommended on my part besides that it is an excellent stabilizer for content creators is very complete with its functions and more with the App.
