I'm satisfied with the this website and product, but not with Gajed. They used a third-party carrier, intelcom, which claimed delivery but lost my package. Gajed didn’t investigate—just accepted the carrier’s false proof of delivery: a blurry image of a box with no address, not on my porch, nowhere near my home. No photo ever showed it at my door. I provided security footage proving it was never delivered, yet they refused a refund. I lost hundreds on a cpu and ram order. Gajed’s “guaranteed delivery” is misleading—they “deliver,” just not to your door. You get no product and lose your money. Shameful. After receiving pending orders (if they aren’t lost too), i’m closing my Gajed account for good.
