I successfully formatted the drive to 4kn mode using intel mas:
Intelmas start -intelssd -nvmeformat lbaformat=3
The drive was successfully switched from 512-byte sectors to 4096-byte sectors.

As stated, Intel Optane 375 GB, excellent seller
It arrived quickly. What I didn't like is that the product card didn't indicate that it was used. The contact pads indicate this specifically. The antistatic packaging also doesn't match the product card. It's not HP at all. In general, it's not clear how long it will last.
