Since this trap doesn't use conventional batteries but instead uses 18650 batteries, it was strange to send the product without a battery. It's annoying that this type of battery isn't available anywhere; I'll have to order it online and wait for it to arrive before testing the product. I won't buy from this system again!
It does its job, the footage is clear and satisfying, as are the response times. The menu and controls are basic but suitable for the price range and for average use. It loses the date and time, but if you change one cell at a time, this doesn't happen. Powering it with 18650 cells is an energy advantage; they last for many days.
