1. Regarding packaging

All products are original and brand new.
1) Before shipment, we will open the packaging box (if there is packaging film, tear it off), open the projector, inspect and test to prevent any factory defects.
2) Due to international logistics safety transportation restrictions, we will remove the battery from the remote control.
3) Most projectors are in Chinese version with a Chinese plug, and we will provide an adapter suitable for use in your country/region.

2. Regarding returns

1) We do not accept returns without reason for any behavior that affects secondary sales, such as opening packaging, using products, etc. So please carefully review the product introduction before placing an order.

3. Regarding shipment

The product will be shipped from China, and the customer will be responsible for customs fees and taxes. We will provide some DDP services for some countries. Please contact us for more details before placing an order.

4. About the product

1) We will help switch the language to English (if supported by the version). Most of the products in our store are in Chinese and support both Chinese and English settings. If you need other languages, please use them with a TV stick or TV box. Thank you for your understanding.
2) For all projectors, the brightness of the central area and the four corners may vary. Therefore, the clarity of the middle part will be higher than that of the edge part. When playing text, the differences may be slightly noticeable, which is a normal phenomenon. But when playing movies, the difference can be ignored. Please don't worry. If you require 100% clarity of the entire image, please purchase a TV or computer instead of a projector.
3) Due to different voltage and plug specifications in different countries, we will provide conversion plugs that are suitable for your country and region. However, transformers need to be prepared by oneself (although many of our products are suitable for 100-240V, there are still some products that are only suitable for 200-240V and require transformers to be used)

5. Daily product maintenance

Do not use fingers or ordinary cloth to clean the projector lens. We do not assume any responsibility for such man-made damages. Due to differences in lens material and temperature, some lenses may become foggy upon receipt. It is a normal phenomenon and will disappear after a few days of use. Due to the concentration and reflection of light, you may see lines on the lens. This is not a scratch, it will disappear when the projector is turned off.

6. Regarding warranty

For non-human damage, we offer a one-year warranty. Please contact us for troubleshooting before returning the goods.
