I have to assume it works fine as it's just adapting two different connectors of the same ide interface pin for pin. Ribbon part of the adapter feels pretty good and strong. Didn't work for my 4th gen classic ipod with one of those dual tf adapters though as there is a problem with its logic board most likely.
