I am quite satisfied with the quality, although it arrived in a torn package and looked very crumpled. After a short period of use, the camera provided a quite pleasant image with a clear picture and adequate color transmission. I can't say anything good about the sound. It is present, but the quality leaves much to be desired. The internal speaker is quite quiet and hoarse, making it impossible to make out the words.
