Hello, the product arrived quickly and well packaged. Upon installation, the locking system of the battery compartment cover broke, so I had to remove it, otherwise it was impossible to close the case installed on a tree in a vertical position. The adjustment system of the device's fixing strap is not very practical, it gets stuck when tightened, so the strap is not very tight. As for the rest, we will see with use.

The micro SD card does not fit into the slot, it comes out, and there is no locking spring. As a result, the camera does not work. I want to request a refund.
