They sent me a defective item. After providing video proof, which they requested, they approved my return of the item to china, which i had to pay. The return price is greater than the value of the item, and even if the return is lost, they still won't refund my money. I refused to incur any more return costs. They don't refund! From now on, i will only shop at temu, things happen much faster there, free returns if necessary and. They refund money to my account in seconds!
