Excellent hard drive for simulating Cf b cards for Canon
8k in 4.2.2 writes to the card continuously for more than 4 hours without stopping, at a bitrate of 510 megabits/s.
Bought sn740 512g for my thinkpad t480, thinking that my laptop would acept this ssd with 2230 to 2242 adapter. It didnt work. The cost of the produxt shipment is 5x of what the seller would return me. I think its just broken to be honest, because even bios cant see it
everything is fine, bought it for Steam Deck, works well.
Cardboard corrugated box, bubble wrap inside the box, antistatic sealed bag with a storage device in the bubble wrap, bag with extensions for 2242 and 2280, screwdriver and motherboard stand.
The CrystalInfo drive has 4 activations with two of mine, essentially new, 0 hours of operation, a gem. There was no initialization, but it can be done even through an external box.
It was purchased for an external box irasta2242 with Realtek 9210B, with thermal paste for loads up to 50 degrees. Speeds are limited by the port, but small blocks at 4.0 are 80, not 25-40 like at 3.0. If speed is not important to you, go for the PM991A 3.0, it's cooler and cheaper.
