The product seems very good, i haven't tried all the features nor set all the functionalities of the group of buttons on the side. the reason why i gave 2 stars is just because of poor customer service.

Excellent tablet, everything arrived intact. But I was a bit disappointed with the package contents; there are no gloves or protective film :(.
