I'm ordering a second monitor like this (because the old one has already served its purpose), but the only thing that has changed is the screen. It has become glossy, whereas before it was matte. It's a bit unfamiliar because my hand slips on it. The downside is that there are smudges on the screen that need to be wiped off frequently. But the upside is that in the old version with the matte screen, the color rendition was very dark, and I couldn't fix that at all, but now the picture is much better, I like it. Everything in the package was neatly packed, and the monitor itself works perfectly.
The seller sent me a used or returned product that someone had already used: there was no protective glossy film, so the matte surface was covered in some kind of dust and no longer looks new; the nib of the pen was already worn off. The platform only refunded me a measly 20% for the loss of money, time, and effort. Not to mention complete disappointment. And this store dares to call itself official, when there is not a seller there, but a real rude person offering an inadequate solution: to remove the working matte film, instead of at least offering to send a new one as compensation.
