I use this for almost all my lenses. I don't see the point of spending ridiculous amounts of money on filters that are worse than these but have spent more on marketing. These definitely gave a coating on them and can see from light reflection. I have purchased much expensive filters which doesn't have any coating and is worse quality than this. Its certainly slim but can look thick with the thread so you'll need to install it first. Overall i would highly recommend it. I am sure other named brands are just repackaging these and selling them for a premium.

As for the packaging for the cost i cannot complain they come in a plastic covered with a cardboard packaging which i think is less wasteful and efficient plus good for the environment so i think its amazing what they're doing. Definitely a high quality product. I have them on 80% of my lenses and on every new lens that i buy.
