StarTech.com 6in Gray CAT6a Shielded Ethernet Cable

This 6-inch CAT6a Ethernet cable supports high-performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections, ideal for connecting switches, NAS devices, and SFP modules. Its 500 MHz rated frequency ensures stable and fast data transmission with minimal interference.

Constructed with 27AWG pure bare copper wire, this cable offers excellent conductivity and low resistance. Each of the four pairs is shielded with aluminum-mylar foil and tinned copper braid, providing robust protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

• 4-pair Shielded and Foiled Twisted Pair (S/FTP) design
• Aluminum-mylar foil and tinned copper braid shielding
• 27AWG pure bare copper conductor for consistent performance

Featuring snagless RJ45 connectors with 50-micro gold plating for a precise fit that minimizes wear and signal loss. The Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket reduces toxic fumes and smoke in case of fire, making it safer for poorly ventilated or sensitive environments.

• Snagless connectors prevent damage during installation
• LSZH jacket compliant with safety standards
• Gold-plated connectors enhance signal integrity

This shielded CAT6a cable supports up to 100W PoE++ for powering devices like access points and IP cameras. Backward compatible with earlier Ethernet standards, it integrates seamlessly into existing networks. Each cable undergoes rigorous testing to ensure guaranteed CAT6a performance.

• Supports PoE and PoE++ devices up to 100W
• Backward compatible with Cat6 and Cat5/5e
• Individually tested and ETL Verified
