Brand new watch arrived with broken caliber, crono function out of order. they returned half money.
Fatal. The watch arrived damaged. It wasn't working. I started the return process but they didn't send me a return label; instead, I have to send it myself, paying for the shipping costs, and they will reimburse me. I insist on the matter and they confirm that I should do it this way. I ask how they will refund my money and they tell me in writing whether in the form of a voucher or in cash. Whatever I choose. And now, after doing it, the problems come. I am without a watch and the return costs have been making me dizzy for 15 days to get it back. A disaster in every sense of the word. This platform is becoming less and less interesting to me.
