The red is actually cooler looking in person than the photo would suggest. it has almost a ruby quality. i really like this watch and for the price it's a killer value however setting the watch is a bit of a pain. for some reason the chip that sets the analog side is a different chip than the digital. the analog side should just set itself to whatever the digital side is but you have to set them separately and if you set the digital side first and then enter the analog setting portion, the digital side freezes in time while you're doing it so by the time you are done setting the analog side the digital side is a couple minutes slow and you have to go and set that side again. setting the time is my only complaint. other than that the watch is very neat.
