I was mainly interested in the sleep quality detection feature, which leaves a bit to be desired; the other functions are okay!

Very good. I'm buying another one.
Note: this is not a colmi r09. it's an r09 (i assume a clone) by an unknown (chinese) brand. but, it operates exactly like an r09, connects perfectly with the qring app, and produces identical data to my (genuine) colmi r09.
This ring includes The app is crazy! I understand why there are rings for up to €500, but I don't understand why they are being bought. This ring can do everything and has such a great and user-friendly app that it would take a ring that costs 10 times as much to replicate. For people who have too much money, don't buy this ring; for everyone else -> GET YOUR HANDS ON IT! You can only win here and invest your money wisely. Only the sizes are a bit tricky, but what can I say? I now have two rings and I'm super happy!! !
Very nice ring. Overall tracks along with my apple watch with one exception. The miles are not accurate. At 5 miles it’s tracking about 4.5. I’ve had it a week and will see if it comes in closer the more worn. I did order a second ring for my son.
