The shipping and delivery were good, but the reason I gave a 1-star rating was because the hard drive I received was defective. When I connected it to my PC, it never worked; in fact, it caused the PC to crash when I tried to turn it on, and the screen went completely black, which didn't happen when I removed the real hard drive. I did several tests to see if it worked, but it never did, and it also caused errors on my PC. I don't know if they test the units before shipping them, but in my case, it arrived unusable. Maybe I just had bad luck, as it seems to have worked for other buyers. But in my case, I returned it, and the shipping... The delivery was good, I have no complaints about that.
