Fast shipping with good tracking at all times, the packaging was quite poor with minimal bubble protection. The packaging was a bag without protection, and inside the box of the headphones inside another bag just like the one outside. It arrived without any damage, everything correct but I think they should protect it a little due to shipments that many times can arrive broken. It's just a suggestion, the headphones arrived with their Type-C charging cable, charging at 76%, they seem of good quality despite not trying them yet. The instruction manuals in Spanish do not come with either of them. A small mistake, I will leave a comment after installing the app and listening to them.
