Great mouse and has kept my hand and fingers warm the whole time.
I ordered jomaa heated mouse warmer for cold winter wired computer mice. instead of it they sent me a useless wireless mouse. i kindly asked several times to send what i have ordered but they refused. now i have to waste my time to going to the post office, to stand there in a queue an hour and to send them their garbage back to get the refund. disgusting. i waste my time for this and do not receive the product i ordered. poor service, poor communication, total inability to solve problems. stay away of this shop.
