I purchased the product at a discounted price of USD 26.6, and the stress test results showed that it is a 256GB normal product with a controller of SM2259XT2G and NAND of the Toshiba/Kioxia series, a 3D TLC product that appears to be the same as the NAND used in PS5. Although it is DRAM-LESS, the structure is acceptable at this price. I wonder why the seller does not provide detailed descriptions on the product page while selling such a good product. I was hesitant to buy mSATA from Ali, but this product is quite good.
