Precision Filters for Superior Aerial Imagery
Freewell offers a set of six professional ND filters built to enhance your DJI Mini 3 and Mini 3 Pro drone photography. These filters precisely reduce light intensity, enabling natural motion blur, minimizing lens flare, and helping you capture sharper, more cinematic shots.
Each filter uses high-grade glass with durability features including anti-oil, anti-dust, and scratch resistance to maintain optical clarity and performance during outdoor use.
Versatile Light Reduction Options
The ND filter set covers a broad range of lighting conditions with six variants: ND4, ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64, and ND1000. This range suits everything from overcast skies to blazing sunny days, plus creative long exposure effects.
- ND4 reduces light by 2 f-stops for cloudy conditions.
- ND8 slows shutter by 3 f-stops in partial clouds.
- ND16 cuts 4 f-stops to avoid 'jello' effect in normal daylight.
- ND32 reduces 5 f-stops creating smooth motion in bright sun.
- ND64 lowers light by 6 f-stops for very bright conditions.
- ND1000 blocks 10 f-stops for ethereal long exposures.
Engineered for Gimbal Stability
Featuring Freewell’s exclusive GimbalSafe Technology, each filter weighs about 0.7 grams to ensure no adverse effects on your drone’s gimbal system, preserving stable and smooth flight and footage quality.
Efficient Outdoor Filming Benefits
By reducing the sensor’s light exposure, these ND filters allow slower shutter speeds, enhancing motion blur effect while reducing lens flare during bright outdoor shooting. This improves image quality and video smoothness significantly.
