It works as described. there is no on/off switch. when connected to a device, the blue light comes on indicating power on. once unplugged from device, the blue light goes off after about 15 sec. during charging, the red light blinks in interval of 1 sec. however when i tried on a 3w led hanging lamb, it doesn't work, but works on a circular ring light. also, the package comes disassembled with the internal connection place in opposite directions. i place it around and all good.

Discussion
I love it but i donβt like how tight the cells are when removing them
Pcb and insert came loose in the packaging, were bent and the cap is twisted on skewed so it wonβt open. iβll need to get tools to fix it and hope it still works.
Works exactly as described. 21700 battery is a perfect tight fit.
Mine didn't work after assembly but i found it to be due to bad solder joints on the usb a connector. i re flowed both connectors and it now works fine. the minimum output load detection is about 160ma and output is just under 1a. it's a very handy device to keep in my toolkit, but these little banks do require regular topping up as the parasitic draw is quite high for a single cell. i run a 3000mah cell and it gives me around 2400 back, it's not bad.
