I assembled it using 4500 mA cells from Tesla, everything works perfectly, the laptop charges at maximum power, tested it and it delivers up to 98 watts.

The product is defective. There is no charging current. The seller is not refunding the full amount. In the dispute, I asked to be sent a working one, but I haven't heard a response for a long time, nor have I received an agreement to send a working one.
