Actually better then i thought. Sent my prescription paper through the messages in the app and they answered quickly and were pretty sweet.
Got the right prescription so that's a +.
Arrived with a little mark on the case it self which isn't their fault. But the lenses had fingerprints by them not handling it with gloves on so it had fingerprints when it arrived. Which isn't a huge deal i mean... cmon, it's just fingerprints but it's a new item that i paid for so a bit meh in my opinion.
To put the socket of the lens itself in the quest lens was actually a bit scary. Had to do a bit too much pressure for my liking, but only for the left lens, the right went in pretty easy with light pressure so, just a heads up for the next one to buy this. It actually goes in the lens itself, not outside. I believe the plastics touch the extreme edge but you won't notice it.
Overall 9/10, just because of the finger prints and the hard fit.
