Advanced 32-bit Processing Power

The SKR 3 EZ motherboard uses a cutting-edge 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller (STM32H743VIT6 or STM32H723VGT6) delivering significantly improved performance for your 3D printer.

This powerful processor ensures smooth operation handling multiple functions such as managing stepper motors, sensors, heaters, and firmware commands efficiently.

Robust Power and Safety Features

Equipped with a TPS5450-5A power chip, it supports 12V to 24V power input and can output up to 5A continuously with peaks of 6A, making it perfect for powering peripherals including Raspberry Pi.

Enhanced thermistor protection circuitry reduces risk of motherboard damage due to heated bed or heating rod faults, adding reliability during extended prints.

  • Replaceable fuse for easy maintenance
  • High-performance MOSFETs reduce heat generation
  • Selectable thermistor pull-up resistor supports PT1000 sensors without external modules

Versatile Connectivity and Driver Compatibility

Designed for flexibility, this board supports EZ series and TMC series driver modules with dual driver sockets allowing easy upgrades and customization.

Connectivity options include USB and CAN interfaces with a double-pole double-throw switch enabling convenient switching between them.

A universal WiFi modular port compatible with ESP-12S, ESP-07, and ESP32 allows wireless control and firmware options like RRF for DIY enthusiasts.

  • BOOT0 button supports DFU firmware flashing
  • Non-elastic SD card slot in SDIO mode for faster transfers
  • Onboard EEPROM to save parameter configurations

Enhanced Cooling and Motor Control

Three CNC fans are dedicated to model cooling, heat dissipation of pipes, and chassis cooling, improving printing quality and maintaining stable board operation.

Five motor driver interfaces correspond to X, Y, Z (double), E0, and E1 axes, supporting dual extruders and stable multi-axis movement.

Motor voltage is selectable up to 48V with jumper caps, enabling faster printing speeds especially when using TMC5160 and EZ5160 drivers.

  • Compatible with various 3D printer types including Ender3 and Ender5
  • Protective driver design prevents accidental damage and short circuits

Firmware Support for Advanced Features

Compatible with multiple firmware options including Marlin, Klipper, and RepRap to cater to diverse 3D printing needs.

Supports advanced firmware features such as automatic bed leveling, filament runout detection, resume printing, completed shutdown, BLTouch, and RGB lighting control.

Firmware supports over 150 G-code commands and multiple languages enhancing user experience globally.

I have this board in my first printer, its amazing
Bought this one for second printer. Highly recommend

Excellent product! The board replaces the original burnt-out one of a Delta 3D printer managed by Klipper with a dedicated PC. TMC2208 ensures adequate power reserve in view of a possible future upgrade of the stepper motors, although it's not currently essential.

I ordered this board and was dreaming that I could upgrade to a new printer, but when I received the product and opened it, there was a burning smell. I checked it with my eyes, but there was no visible issue, so I connected the wiring to the existing TEVO LITTLE MONSTAR DELTA printer and installed KILPPER on the Raspberry Pi, following the setting instructions. However, I noticed a hot-and-cold phenomenon during bed leveling, so I checked with BLTOUCH and found no issues. GEMINI suggested that changing the touch sensor would fix it, so I purchased MICROSTEP V2 and installed it, but the hot-and-cold phenomenon still persisted. After about 25 days of struggling, I decided to return it. In my opinion, you should be careful when purchasing this board as it seems not all products are of good quality. I have inquired about this board in several places, but they only repeat the basic review process, and even after changing the port and experimenting, the hot-and-cold issue persists. After about 25 days of struggling, I decided to return it.
