The product got stuck in the shipping tracking, I ...More

The product got stuck in the shipping tracking, I spoke with the carrier and they told me it wasn't going to arrive and that I should wait for the month they give as a margin on Gajed, which by the way seems foolish to me.

Until it happens, you cannot file a dispute, but the carrier told me that they wouldn't have any issues, and if they did, they themselves would provide me with a written document. They were really nice.

In the end, it wasn't necessary; they immediately refunded me for all the items I ordered plus a small bonus for each one of them.

I ordered them again and they finally arrived.

At the moment very satisfied with the item.
It works well, and for the money it cost me, which was €11 with coupons, it's very good.

I mainly bought it for when my little son is left alone at home so I can communicate with him, although there is a delay in the call due to the price, you can't ask for more.
