It's very convenient that the display shows the percentage of charge and the watts that are being output/received. Regarding capacity, those who don't know should look at watt-hours rather than milliampere-hours. So from 5% to 100%, it took 36 watts-hours. The block indicates 5000mAh, 7.2V, 36Wh.
