The Anycubic support team is certainly great and tries their best to help you, but it's sad that they don't trust your expertise.
Overall, 10/10 for all the help provided; it would have been 11/10 if they had sent the part that was causing the problem, but it's okay, I'm quite resourceful, and since there's no new tensioning mechanism, I'll figure this out another way. The new strain gauge you sent me for free gave me a great idea; I will set it vertically by simply bending the aluminum part.
p.s. Kobra S1 is a very good printer, thank you)
