Actually ordered a black console, with two memory cards. It was delivered in gray, with a memory card. Since the device is currently hard to find and I originally wanted gray (which was sold out), I am very happy with the color. 👍 😉 😁 . The memory cards don't play a big role for me. The main thing for me is that the games and the user interface are optimal. And that looks very good here. But I still need to gain some experience before I can provide a final update. So far, I think everything is great. The screen is great, the sound is surprisingly good! The software and firmware are running well. 👍

I did receive the wrong colour, ordered black and received khaki, but immediately fell in love with the colour so am satisfied. everything works great. original os is good but i've been using mustardos, which is mostly great though had trouble running some nds roms i think should run. ordered another device while waiting for this one, still waiting on it but think this one might be good for what i need despite the square screen's large bezels while playing wider games. waiting to test games on both before starting long campaigns. some overlays and scaling makes things look really good.

Despite the product being excellent, I encountered an aesthetic defect: an obvious scratch present upon opening, even though the packaging was sealed and well protected. Praise for the assistance, which was extremely quick and professional in handling the issue, issuing a partial refund for the cosmetic damage.
