Discussion
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the purchase. The device often does not start, the Wi-Fi does not work, and the display has several bright light spots. Additionally, the included SD card is not 64 GB as described, but significantly smaller.
The blue version was supposedly out of stock in Germany, but could be ordered. After the purchase, I was then offered the white version instead.
Messages were often misunderstood, and solutions were sometimes duplicated. The solution offered to me was to install a replacement display myself – which would not have resolved the Wi-Fi and SD card issues. Moreover, I am not an expert in this matter.
In response to my request for a partial refund, I was only offered $10, which is not proportional to the defects. My last message was not answered due to the exchange. Now I have to take care of the return shipping myself.
That was my first and last order on AliExpress.
