I liked it, although the electric pump is a bit slow.
Very impressed with these. I got the manual version, and at first i thought the product was defective, but after messing with it for about 20 minutes and ruining one bag i figured out the proper angle i was surprised by how well it works. Bags have been holding vacuum for 2 weeks now.
Tip1: get the automatic pump.
Tip2: you do not need to peel anything from the bag like some reviewers mentioned. It may look like the pump slot on the bag is sealed shut, but that's jsut the design of the valve.
Tip3: when using manual pump, you know you are doing it right when you feel *some* resistance on the pull. Too much resistance means you are vacuuming against plastic and not the valve. Too little or no resistance means you are not sealing the pump against the valve. The sweet spot is somewhere in the middle.
Tip4: the bag will not start visibly shrinking until at least after 20 pumps, and will easily take 3-4x more to give a good vacuum for storage.
The perferations for the seal don't line up properly preventing the vacuum from working properly. returning the product is more of a hassle than the item is worth. avoid this vendor.
Seals well and gets the job done. item as advertised. fits standard 1kg spools although the larger sunlu filament spools only just fit.
