This drive often appears to work at first. a user may copy a few gigabytes of files with no problems. once the real capacity is exceeded, corruption begins. many victims discover the fraud only when important files can no longer be opened or when entire folders vanish overnight. drive can not even hold 1tb of data. transfer speeds are very slow. this product is built to defraud you!
The reviews were good so I ordered it just in case, and sure enough, it was the same. The photos on my phone alone were 400GB, and I transferred 80% of them, but it said only 90GB was used, and in the end, it said there was insufficient disk space. It shows up empty like that, so do you know that they can trick you into thinking it's just Windows that's being deceived? The maximum storage space is 90GB, and it kept failing to save, so I tried setting the maximum somewhere in between, but it's frustrating.
I bought it just in case, and it's recognized well and stores data well.
