Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be in new condition, with included accessories and packaging where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned product has been received and verified. The time for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
