Orders are processed right after placement. Current order cutoff time is 6:00 PM, with handling in 0–1 business days, Monday to Friday.

Transit & tracking

Estimated transit time is 5–6 business days. Customers receive an order confirmation first, then a shipping confirmation and tracking details after dispatch.

Shipping coverage

Gajed Pakistan ships within Pakistan and uses FedEx, Leopard Courier, TCS, and Trax for delivery.

Returns & refunds

Customers can return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, they should contact support by email and request return authorization before sending the item back.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, customers should contact support within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. If a shipment is marked delivered but is missing, customers should verify the address, check nearby delivery locations, ask neighbors or family, and contact the courier first.

Order changes & cancellations

Customers have a 24-hour window to request order modifications or cancellations, as long as the order has not entered the fulfilment process yet.
