O produto é bom, os dois funcionaram 90% bem. Tem um pouco de falha na impressão. A embalagem é bem feita, mas acho que esqueceram de colocar o lacre em um deles, e por isso vazou um pouco de tinta na embalagem (mas está funcionando bem). Minha Plotter é uma Xerox 2230ij. (muito velha haha)
Chegou certinho super bem embalado .E o cartucho é ótimo ele não seca quando fica sem usar .
