The price was good, but I was a bit surprised that it didn't work when I plugged it in and touched it. After a while, it worked fine. The temperature increased quickly.
So i was a bit worried about this - looks pretty cheap, but it is truly transformational - no more cold hands working on the computer. You can't overstate how great this thing is!
Coupled it with a foot warmer - lets you cheaply heat yourself while working over winter.
Only one temperature but that's totally ok for me. nice price!
The product does the job
It heats up well and really does get warm
Unfortunately, you have to use it on the lowest setting because the plastic in the keyboard expands when heated, causing the keyboard to warp into a ‘boat’ shape
This also has a negative effect on the batteries included in the wireless set
Furthermore, the controller has no memory function – it always defaults to 45 degrees when switched on, and the display isn’t clearly visible from all angles.
In my opinion, a dial for adjusting the temperature would be better here
The functionality itself is great, but the heating under the keyboard is too strong; ideally, it shouldn’t be there at all
