Does it turn on? Yes
Does it illuminate much? No, the light is not that low, but it also doesn't shine as much as shown in the video.
and the legs of the tripod are very fragile and slide easily, causing the lamp to fall; they do not have a good grip on the legs to stay in place, you have to move it many times to find the position where the legs do not slide outwards, that's why I don't recommend it and I feel that this is a problem that many low-cost tripods have.
