That's what it seems to be.
On the positive side, a very clever and useful system.
The only drawback is that it only allows for vertical viewing; you can't view the screen horizontally.
The material seems a bit weak.
We'll see how long it lasts.
Only one part of the holder was in the box, only part that holds the phone there is no 360extenstion rod, no way to attached it to the car radiator or any other part of the car
