It has performed well after months of use. the vertical groove structure effectively dissipates heat, so exporting batches of raw photos will not trigger speed reduction caused by overheating. the only minor trouble is no storage pouch included in the package.
I work on field research and store plenty of interview recordings and on-site notes on this ssd. the grooved metal casing helps with heat dissipation. the only minor issue is the original cable is rather short for connecting devices over a longer distance.
I really love the unique vertically grooved casing design of this portable ssd; it does not slip easily when i hold it. i store high-resolution digital museum collections on it, and it reads high-definition image files steadily across different devices.
The overall experience is okay. i use it to store museum digital scanning materials, and the large capacity can hold many high-resolution scanned documents. the casing gets warm after long continuous read-write operations, which is normal heat generated during device operation.
