Versatile SSR Models for Precise Control

This SSR series offers a range of solid state relays suited for different switching needs including DC to AC (DA models), AC to AC (AA models), and DC to DC (DD models). They are designed for use in PID temperature control applications, providing reliable and silent switching between 10A and 100A load currents.

Each model supports specific voltage and current ranges, making them adaptable to multiple industrial electrical setups. The modules are built for general purpose use with sealed protection and CE certification for safety and compliance.

Efficient Electrical Performance

The SSRs operate with low control currents and feature a fast response time of less than 10 milliseconds. Their control voltage ranges from 3-32V DC or 80-250V AC, depending on model type, while their load voltage capability spans 12-380 volts either AC or DC.

LED indicators provide clear operational status. The relays have an insulation voltage of 2500VAC to ensure safety and reduce interference potentials.

Cooling and Installation Requirements

To maintain optimal performance, models rated between 10A and 30A require installation with a radiator. Higher current models from 40A up to 100A necessitate additional forced cooling such as a fan to manage heat dissipation effectively.

Installation involves a fixed mounting bolted method ensuring secure and robust fitting for industrial environments.

Frequently asked questions

01 What types of electrical control do these SSRs support?

The SSR series supports DC to AC, AC to AC, and DC to DC control types depending on the model (DA, AA, or DD).

02 What load current ranges are available?

Load currents available in the SSR series range from 10A up to 100A models.

03 What is the operating control voltage range?

Control voltage ranges include 3-32V DC for DC models and 80-250V AC for AC models.

04 What is the load voltage range covered by these SSRs?

Load voltage ranges are typically 24-380V AC for AC output models or 12-220V DC for DC output models.

05 Are there visual indicators for relay status?

Yes, each SSR model includes an LED indicator that shows the relay's work status clearly.

06 What is the insulation voltage rating of the SSR modules?

The SSR modules have an insulation voltage rating of at least 2500VAC.

07 What cooling requirements do these SSRs have?

Models rated 10-30A should be used with a radiator; higher current models require additional cooling such as a fan.

08 What is the typical on-off time for these solid state relays?

The on-off switching time for these SSRs is 10 milliseconds or less.

09 Are these SSRs suitable for resistive or inductive loads?

Yes, they support resistive loads at 35% and inductive loads at 20% rated current.

10 Do these SSR modules have any certification?

Corresponds to the description and photo in the product card. Tested with 3 100W incandescent bulbs connected in parallel. Total load 300W. Withstands the load. After 5-8 minutes of operation, the base slightly heated up. I recommend the store.

I used a 40A US AA relay and installed it as an intermediate one in the trimmer. The size was too large, so I had to force it in. Almost two hours of continuous operation. It heats up to 70 degrees, which is normal, even though the air temperature is plus 30. It was delivered in 8 days by the courier service. Everything is great! I recommend the seller and the product; they deserve five stars.

The switching voltage on the housing is up to 220V, inside there is a 60NF06 transistor rated for 60V, and the end is punctured by it.
