Not only is the card 4GB instead of 16GB, but it's also defective and cannot be formatted at all. I tried it on different devices.

Excellent
Decent speed.
Very quickly received a parcel, excellent quality, excellent seller.
It's quite good, it fulfills its purpose. I didn't check if it really has 64 GB of storage, but I assume it does since it looks high-quality and has a good speed.
