Aesthetically very nice, although the plastic parts appear "lighter" compared to the original, which it is almost identical to except for a few inscriptions and the like. The power button that is a sliding type is used in Genesis, which it is inspired by, but is a push-button type. . . It seems they have combined the design of the US version with the European PAL version. . . . In terms of video image quality, I have to admit that it's really good, almost surprising! Great job, although in my case I have to make sure that the HDMI cable is pushed in all the way into the console's socket, otherwise it doesn't work (at first I was scared, thinking the console wasn't working). I recommend setting the TV display to 4:3 instead of 16:9. At the audio level, the emulation is discreet with the occasional effect of off-key notes or incorrect volume levels. Some games play at a slightly low volume, and I had to turn up the TV volume quite a bit. The controllers work well even though they feel cheap.
