The product came with a defect, but the service was clear and quick for the return process.
Beautiful and with good quality. but i shouldβve got the green one though, the white gets dirty very easily.
DO NOT buy this product from this store!!! After a short period of use, I noticed small streaks at the bottom of the screen in all games and applications. The problem was resolved by turning off the console, but it would return after some time.
There was already a complaint in the reviews, but I decided to give the store a chance because of the price of the product. Don't do the same! Buy directly from the Anbernic store.
Once again... I had already told the staff at Coopreme Game Store to pack the consoles better. It is a relatively fragile product mainly due to the screen. I bought an Anbernic RG35XX SP Gray here and it came very poorly packaged, which made me very angry at the time. The console came completely loose and the box was open. Now again with the RG 35XX Pro, it came a bit better this time but it's still insufficient. Please pack the products better before shipping, due to handling and transportation by land and air. At least the shipping was very fast, thank you.
