It's in super good condition, I ordered the white one but it wasn't available and the seller was always very kind in notifying me and they sent me the black one, which came with the accessories shown in the image, I really loved it.

Not recommended!
Received this 2dsxl/ll and for the most part it is intact and has all the software installed as the ad states. The screens are good, the body is in ok condition.
Now for the bad parts and why i wish i could return this item and do not recommend it at this time:
The hinge has a lot of play and is really loose. While i understand these are prone to loose hinges, this should have been refurbished along with the rest of the unit.
And the worst defect on this unit:
The speakers are completely blown out. They do not output sound but just garbled pure garbage noise. This renders the device basically useless without headphones. Not acceptable.
Overall, i would not recommend this product from this seller.
Came with a sticky shoulder button. when i took it apart to fix it i saw the water indicator had been triggered. it must have been watered damaged at some point.
It came practically new with everything functional, audio, cameras, stylus, all buttons working correctly.
Yes, it comes with everything advertised, including USB, protectors, and the cable.
10/10
The seller also responds very quickly, and for Colombia there were no additional customs fees or charges.

I am not satisfied with the condition of the product. I promised the seller that I would give him full stars if he gave me the device in excellent condition, and I would have kept my promise. But I paid $240, which is a high price for a New 2DS XL, and in return I received a copy in this condition. The shoulder buttons are all different from each other, and the L button is almost damaged; I can only press it from one side, and it's very annoying. Even the power button doesn't work unless I press it hard. The top cover has a hole that shows the LCD screen light as shown in the picture, and the cover itself has scratches.
The biggest problem with the device currently is the charger port, which is in poor condition and seems like it might break down at any moment. Apart from these issues, the device is in good condition, but this does not make me satisfied with it due to the existing problems.
