It was all a scam. They sent me an item that was worth less than 1% of what they charged my card, and after making several complaints, even sending videos of the unpacking process and the delivery person, they told me that the evidence was not sufficient. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and now I've lost my $7000 pesos, and these thieves from Aliexpress and the seller got away with it.
It's my first Android console and it was the best purchasing decision. Its material, display, and hardware are perfect. As for the battery, playing Persona 3 on the portable version (Switch version) the battery lasts 4 hours. Additionally, the console came with its glass protector. It is important to mention that it will take some time to customize it (ROMs, emulators, frontends, etc.), so you should be aware of that, but it's not complicated at all. I highly recommend buying a grip to improve comfort. Finally, I want to add that I had to contact the seller when I noticed that my order was not moving. I contacted them and it turned out that they did not have the silver color in stock, so they offered me the orange color or to wait for the gray one. I asked them to send me the orange color as soon as possible, and that's what they did, so I recommend doing the same if you have a similar issue. I also want to thank the sellers for their excellent service. *The wine was well packaged π€©
It arrived in very good condition and well sealed, including a glass protector. Delivery to CDMX with this seller was on time as indicated by the app, and the packaging was very good. So far, there are no operational issues.
The only downside of this delivery is that the parcel company does not call you or notify you that they left the package at your home or with a neighbor.
Since it is a delicate product, my neighbor informed me that they left it in his mailbox because there was no one at my house to receive it, and they left it that way. That did disappoint me about the delivery service, and I ask that they have better communication in the future.
I recommend the store, it is trustworthy and there were only problems with delivery in my country.
One of the best services I've had on AliExpress, super fast shipping, they respond to messages within their time zone, and the console was new, sealed and original, they even sent it with a screen protector. 10/10
This is what I received, nothing more to say.
