I purchased from here twice, and the first card had a defect that prevented the creation of the SR-IOV VF, so I returned it. The second card had a different manufacturing date from the first one but was in perfect working condition with no issues. If the VF creation fails, it seems that setting NUM_OF_VFS to a value less than 4 might work. If it still fails, it's likely a defective product. Since it's a genuine PSID, it can be updated with the original firmware without any issues.
I returned the counterfeit product and purchased this one instead.
It was recognized without any issues on Windows 11 and linked with 10 gigabytes. I think this is a store where you can buy with peace of mind.
The product box was crushed, but the product itself was undamaged.
I also ran a speed test using iperf3 and confirmed that it achieved speeds comparable to the mellanox cx4121a connectx-4 i already have installed.
